The idea for Foodsafeplus began with a simple frustration: too much time lost to forms, checklists and chasing information that should have been automatic.

We set out to design a platform that could handle the daily realities of running a food operation — from temperature checks to training records — without adding more admin.

Today, Foodsafeplus helps clubs, cafés, hospitals, aged care facilities and food manufacturers across Australia stay on top of compliance while focusing on what matters most: great food and smooth operations.

With a background spanning sporting venues, convention centres, casinos and five-star hotels — including roles as Director of Cuisine at Adelaide Oval and Executive Chef at SACA — Hamish brings invaluable insight into how real kitchens and multi-site venues operate.
